During a consultation, a Salsbery Brothers designer meets with clients at their home to produce a sketch/drawing. For clients wishing to install the design elements themselves, the consultation hour can consist of a Salsbery Brothers designer spray painting proposed landscape beds and staking plant locations.
Consultation designs cost $125.00.
A comprehensive process resulting in clients receiving a completely rendered master design plan, a plant care book, and an installation cost estimate. Master plan design clients are encouraged to incorporate both short and long term design goals for their property including plantings, water features, and patio designs.
During the creation of a master plan design, a Salsbery Brothers designer initially meets with clients at their home to discuss their short and long-term design goals and to assess the characteristics of their property. The designer then works extensively with the clients (generally via multiple draft versions) to integrate the clients’ goals into a final master plan design (view a sample master plan). Clients receive a design cost quote for the design services and then determine whether to proceed with the implementation of the master design plan or discuss other options.
Master plan design fees start at $350.00 with the final cost based on the complexity of the design and the amount of time the designer invests in producing a fully colored plan and a plant book.
